Subscription & billing

Plans are billed in USD in advance: Basic $299/mo, Family $499/mo, Premium $799/mo, or at the discounted yearly per-month rate charged annually. Taxes may apply by region. Add-ons are billed with your plan.

Cancellation & changes

Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing cycle with no early termination fee. Yearly plans cancelled within 30 days receive a prorated credit; afterwards access continues through the paid year. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades at cycle end.

Service & availability

Channel availability depends on licensed territory and plan and is verified before activation. Simultaneous stream and DVR limits follow your plan. A broadband connection (5 Mbps per HD stream, 25 Mbps for 4K) is required and is not provided by Lume.

Acceptable use

Accounts are for household (or approved business) use at the service address. Sharing credentials beyond your household, restreaming, or circumventing regional licensing is prohibited and may result in suspension.
