Do I need a set-top box?
No. Lume works on Smart TVs, Fire TV / Roku / Apple TV, phones, tablets, and browsers. If your TV isn't smart, a low-cost streaming stick is enough.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing cycle. Yearly plans include a prorated credit if you cancel within the first 30 days; after that, access continues through the paid year.
Is the content legal and licensed?
We only distribute licensed channel packs and VOD windows for the regions we serve. Availability is checked against your ZIP / city before activation.
How many devices can I use?
